I agree on the SLOW reviews but when you get sales they can be very Sweet! A lot of ELs on this site to be had.  ;)
Lucky you! I haven't had one of those since mid 2012. But then I get hardly any sales there.

I have image still pending for a month now ! I think it's too long. That sad, because I like veer ! They should hire me ! I can help them review image :D  haha

I sent them a message here's the answer :

Our queue is quite high right now. We had a record number of submissions for the past few months. We are doing everything we can to get the approval time down but it will take some time.

I would encourage you to continue to submit images though. It's better to get them in the queue than wait. We will definitely get to them eventually.

Hardly any sales anymore.

Are they still in business one could ask????

Review times are way too long. I stopped uploading. Too much effort and to little revenue

Actually showing some faint signs of life for me :o- whilst review times are irritating not really a problem in the great  scheme of things.

You might want to submit any Xmas images now since it will take them about 6 months before they review them!

They definitely fall into the fire and forget category for me. I doubt my heart images will be reviewed before valentine's day - but maybe for next year. The EL sales can be very nice - I got one this month. It sucks when they get refunded a few months later though.

It's more than a month to get photo reviewed. Vector are faster ... It is too long ... I like veer website design and it's easy for contributor. But if I want sales, I need my images reviewed !!! Need to be patient I guess ...

As I think I mentioned before, I've stopped uploading to Veer, but you just need to put the horrendously long review time out of your mind or you'll go insane! They've been this way for ages - I guess they're trying to keep costs at a bare minimum?

Sales have been more than decent lately, especially given the slow time of the year and my small portfolio there.

So if you are planning to get any seasonal images uploaded in time (ie Xmas) you better upload say 6 months prior to the holiday...

Last batch uploaded 2014,Jan.05, it's over 1 month so I wrote to them asking question about reason for that long review time. Got replay pretty fast (after 2 days):
"We had a massive influx of image submissions over the past few months. We are doing everything we can to get through them but its taking some time. We are also working on an automation ingestion tool that should hopefully be released in the next few months. When this is released it will greatly speed up the review process substantially."

I got similiar answer few times before in few years. Nothing changed and I don't believe it will change ever. So... as I know, in traditional macrostock business people were waiting long time, but it was about negatives sending etc... We're in digital era and still in the same place (too) long review time. If someone wants to wait, you welcome. This is the best place to relax and not thinking about blocked earnings for long time. You can upload files, think about your photos, is it good, enough, maybe you could do it better, thinking, thinking... Forgot what you uploaded last time...

2010:
"We want to get our service times down to 7-10 days soon. We know the faster your images get on the site, the faster you can start to earn royalties..."
I thought they're talking about review time ;)

Alright I take it all back the review time has now stretched out to 2 months.

And the rejections are through the roof (for me any how)

I get the feeling they just said "sod it" and hit the reject button in order to keep on top of things

Stopped uploading now because there is no point waiting two months just to get mass rejections  :(

Found into here by investigating their review times because I tried to apply few weeks ago. All sounds very familiar to me ;)

My 10 application images are pending for over 2 weeks now. I contacted their customer service via live chat to ask if they even received my application. They redirected me to an email address that is not reachable. I contacted them again, they copy pasted the same sentence referring me to the same address. I told them it doesn't work, they told me the server might be down due to lots of messages (what could possibly be the reason for that?  ;) ) and that I should try later. I tried later and the only thing that happened was filling my Inbox with "Message delivery failed - this recipient doesn't exist" - Messages.

By now it seems to me their service is not scalable and they are spending more time on manually managing everything than with proper reviewing, growing or investing more wisely.

Other scenarios I can think about ;)
- admin quit his job, email server got full and everyone went home
- they asked Sarah Palin to automatize their submission system
- they asked the submission system to automatize itself
