Is it possible to let the site owner know automatically if an image is not downloadable by the client?

The way my site is at the moment (with the majority of my symbiostock_rf file missing) means that a client can pay for an image and once they have paid they get a note on screen to say the image is not available  (Mark did a test purchase for me to find out)

I could of course delete all my images so they don't show but they are useful to refer to to get the descriptions  before I delete them.

My brain is now numb with the bordom of reuploading and not working at full capacity

That sounds very useful.  There are bound to be other occasions/reasons that downloads are not managed so it would be useful for site owner to know so they can contact client before client contacts them.
