Would it be possible to have an "i agree to the terms of this license" check box during the check out process?

I like the idea also, but would you need to then track that information based on the user login.  What if your decide to change your license agreement, do you need to track which one they checked off?  I do like the idea, but we need to think it through.

I've always just stated those are the conditions of the sale -- you're not going to be able to do much in any case, so no need to scare the honest people away with the fine print
