You can sell whatever license you want. Symbiostock is yours to make Symbiostock what you want it to be.

Actually, it is set up now for royalty free. I think a paid upgrade is in the works to allow for other licensing tho. Or if you are a developer, you can customize it. Out of the box, free theme is for royalty free.
