than why not just do layer and masking in Photoshop to get your effect...

i am thinking if it is possible to generate during 3d render.. like to separate the object from background.

since it is a liquid..i may take sometimes to use pen tool to isolate in photoshop..

Have you tried to change the output under the camera tab to png and choose RGBA button; render, then on the rendered window on the lower right side choose colors and alpha (triangle button), then save as image png

I just rendered the default cube after setting the output to PNG/RGBA, and saved the resulting render. It opens in Photoshop as a cube with transparent background.

I your render will already be isolated and contain alpha ata as long as you only have th object in the scene. You need to save the render to a file format that supports alpha data...PNG, TGA...

Here is the .blend I used to create this image. On my computer the image opens in Photoshop as a png file showing a cube on a TRANSPARENT background.

When you got to the step after rendering, but before saving, pressing the (triangle button)lower right side choose colors and alpha, did you see the background turn into a black and white square background, i.e. no background?  Then you can save as a png that you can use in photoshop, to add a white background for an isolated object, or add into a composition.

Hi, the 'triangle button' is under 'output' tab under the 'scene'?

by the way i am rendering it with cycles..i wonder does it make a difference.

I can render the output with a dark grey background which easy to remove from photoshop, but i wonder how to turn it to transparent in blender.

OK, Cycles. I was using BI. I just tried checking Transparent on the film subpanel of the Render panel, with output set to PNG/RGBA and it rendered with a transparent background using Cycles.
