How do I find list of authorized Shutterstock affiliate sites?

Bigstock is owned by Shutterstock and some contributors have their ports mirrored onto Bigstock but I'm not sure what other partner programs there are

Came across what I think is a Print on Demand in the US with all Shutterstock images. One of my pics is there too and I'm not in BigStock. Reported it but so far no action.

No. I fired off a mail to submit@SS but I think I'll resend to 'infringementclaims'.
