My last batch was approved on SS on Nov 20; today is 26th, but the images still not showing in my portfolio or any search results - is this usual? I had delays maybe for a day before, but not for almost a week!

My images approved yesterday night, already up in my port (less than 24 hours). I think this has been raised in another thread as well (just could not find it quickly now). Perhaps try a support ticket.

Same here. What's perhaps worse is that my previous 20-odd uploads, which are showing and also sometimes selling, do not appear to be having the keywords (used to buy them) recorded by the search system. They're not showing up in the Darkroom listings anyway.

That is a real problem because without the keywords being recorded they've got no chance of gaining good position in the default sort-order. They might collect a few early sales whilst they remain at the top of the 'Newest' sort-order but as they get swamped by even newer images they will disappear.

Some really weird things happening there.  I also have accepted files missing.  The displayed number of images in my portfolio is off by the same number of files.
BUT ... when looking under Promotion, Create Mini-Gallery -- The newest (missing) files are displayed.

I think this is similar but not the same bug that has plagued us for many months.

I sent them an email (yesterday) through "Contact us" form - is this the right way to "open a ticket"? I didn't get any reply yet. What sucks is these are mostly Christmas related stuff, just missing out on sales!

You are being kind, it is easily in the mega thousands.  I remember Halloween images going missing August 2011. Nothing has changed from one year to the next.

Missing is not always missing.
Sometimes pictures are visible in parts of the world on certain searches, sometimes not.
I can understand it can be a challenge to update so many servers and try to make the updates appear in real time.
There are simply too many data.
Image agencies are operating in a borderzone of what is possible.

My images are finally online - took exactly a week since approval. I guess I need to factor that in for my next uploads, especially ones related to holidays or other time-sensitive subjects.

I understand they have to deal with complex issues, but it's their job to make this work. That's why they keep more than 80% of profits.

Elena... my approved but pending images also made the database this morning and... the images that were just approved are there too.
Not sure that anything is fixed but everything seems okay (today)

Actually they get to keep 100% of their profits __ and we get to keep 100% of ours too.

They could be updating the servers once a week now, who knows. Would be nice if that was in their FAQs somewhere. BTW, love your "procrastinate - now!" slogan:)

Yes it is. That is why we agrre to pay them commission.
However this kind of inconvenience, hurts the agency (in theory) as much as it hurts the contributor, it is not one of these cases where the agency tries to fiddle with data streams to earn money on the contributors.
