Is it possible to change the title after image was accepted. I know it was possible before, but I can't figure it now with new interface?

Since when did they ever have a Tittle?  If you want to edit the Description box go to catalogue manager (underneath Sets on the Contributor page) and click on the pencil icon on the offending image.
