Hi all *hangs head in shame*. Life constantly gives you challenges and mine has given me quite a lot lately. Fingers crossed that I can get mine out next week so I can stop carrying the boulder of guilt.

I love reading these! So many different walks of life.
In case anyone cares what I'll be doing: I had planned on really concentrating on building my portfolio. Well, it will be slow going as we decided to buy a house with a barn so we can have our horse baby(18 yr old spoiled brat) at home for his retirement. And of course said house needs a complete remodel before we move in. So, maybe I'll be shooting a lot of construction shots this spring...

I do submit butterfly and nature pics, but like pixart said, scientific names go a long way. I look up everything I can before submitting any plant, etc to make sure I have all info in my photos

I think in theory this is a good idea. Privately checked by you is a good idea. I have been taking a long hiatus from this site because of the shenanigans, attacks and just plain moronic tones and arguments that have taken place in the past. This site can be very difficult for new users, as they are repeatedly treated as if their thoughts and opinions don't matter unless you have a portfolio that others find an acceptable level.
So whatever you come up with to help with the civility, I'm all for it.

Her work is beautiful. Some very thought provoking. She has an eye for concepts. I would consider her work art, which is very subjective. I am surprised to see it on micro stock tho.

This is exactly why all agencies need to be upfront about their partners. If they were, it would save a lot of wasted time and headache for contributors hunting this stuff up.
