From the Terms of Service:
f. If your account is terminated for any reason, you must obtain written authorization from Shutterstock prior to establishing another account. You may not have more than one active contributor account at any time without the written consent of Shutterstock in each instance.
I've read this. What do you mean ? I've said they should told us "contributors each should use differen IP address".
No, they shouldn't. Terms of services are clearly phrased. Ip addresses are not the only reason. Your aunt should have got also an email. What did she answer? Or do you also use the same email-address? In any case SS gave you the chance to clarify the situation. You gave the wrong answer. BIG mistake. You gamble your chance away.

How did it begin in the first post?
"I've second account." "I created (second ) account with the passport of my aunt." "I started upload to her account."
I didn't read something about "My aunt und I contacted support", always only "I". Seems your aunt is only involved by giving the passport.

It's there.... with or without www
Also, google Fotolia and they still have advertised links at the top that take you straight to Fotolia and even the organic links take you straight there to the client side. I think you may have just tried to get to them when they've released an update of some kind and it was still filtering through the dns servers. Certainly still there though.
May be that (contributor) "page not found" is shown for me because I had been logged out before. But I'm already on a contributor site with logo andlog in-button above. Thats I wanted to tell to DallasP.

I got that E-Mail too. My tax form has expired. On my dashboard, at the top, there is a box: "The tax form we have on file from you has expired. Please submit a new tax form."
I would never resubmit the tax form using a link from an E-Mail.
So, if your form expired anyway, what are you waiting for?
You don't have to resubmit the tax form using a link from an E-Mail, you submit a new one on SS tax center page.
Tax form resubmitted this morning in the tax center. When I received the E-Mail it was bedtime here. Not using a link from an E-Mail cause I'm angious of phishing

I have the old stats page bookmarked on the istock site and it is showing sales data for the past 2 months.

I also found my images on this site. All have the watermark of dreamstime, except one with watermark of shutterstock.

There must be a bug in their earning report. Microstock Analytics and Stockstats reported same amount of earnings. These earnings are not shown in the earning report of 123rf.

Hier geht es um Microstock, nicht um Politik. Und was wirfst Du ihm eigentlich konkret vor?
Microstock heisst nicht sein Hirn auszuschalten. Ich werde meinen Mund nicht halten wenn ich solch ein "bescheidenes" Image sehe.
Auch wenn Du meinst Microstock schliet politisches denken aus. Ich glaube sehr wohl, dass auch Knstler eine (politische) Verantwortung haben.
Eine eigene Meinung darf jeder und sollte jeder haben. Die Art und Weise, WIE man sie uert, ist dann das andere. Leider fehlt es in der Anonymitt des Internets manchmal an einem respektvollen Umgang miteinander.

No Problems here. Tried Firefox and Chrome. Both times I got access to contributor site.

SS and Dreamstime are working for me without problems. I only have sometimes problems with 123rf. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't work. But this problem seems to be a timeout-issue during connection not a problem of microstockr. Internet access varied often here. I live near a frontier.

With older versions of PS (dunno which versions) the workaround was to open the file in Image Ready.
What I know PS CS4 will open the images. It concerns only CS5 and newer.

I had the same problem some months ago. What I know about this now:
It's to prevent counterfeiting, up from CS5. In springtime this wasn't an issue. I heard if only a part of the banknote is shown PS will open the image. But I don't know the size of this part (10%, 25%, 50% of the banknote??) It was possible to open a picture where a grandpa gives his grandson some money. The banknotes had been only a little part of the image but about 50 % of the banknotes were shown.
