Can someone tell me how to see what was downloaded and what the royality was? I can see just transaction type charts and countries ... (very useful, lol). What is the "premium access??".

I stopped uploading there and deactivated many of my files when it was still possible to do.

Hi 08stock08,

send us an email to [email protected] and we will have a look at your account.

Since is a 500 error it is most likely just a temporary server hiccup.
We are up and working.

I also think old dashboard was better - more information in less space.
I don't need an image thumbnail of the set. All time earnings don't add any value to me, can't save the chart settings to default, they removed earning from new content - which was useful to me. Map is ok, I'm sometimes surprised to see sales from certain places, but also if I wouldn't know I would be fine.

I also don't like new earnings page - too many clicks to see what you want.

It happened to me also. Seems it is just the updates stuff as I got access to new image manager yesterday :)

Software / Re: Batch upload photos to multiple stock agencies
« on: November 10, 2016, 05:20 »
Than you didn't search enough :)

There are few services offering upload (once) and distribute to other agencies - picworkflow, stocksubmitter, dropstock.io etc ...

As RetroColoring suggested - once you have links/text just paste them http://linkrr.com and you can open them all with a single click :)

Like that their subscription royalty of $0.28 wasn't enough to be the lowest in the industry ..
Stopped uploading there awhile ago as uploading was always painful and they were never as big earner as the poll says for me.

It is not a keywording tool, but the tool that gives the search combinations buyers search for. If you gonna pick your keywords from there to keyword your images, they hopefully gonna get denied :)

« on: July 15, 2016, 08:42 »
I exchanged few emails with them. It literally pisses me off. Is definitely not about $10 I lost but about business ethics and the fact they needed a year to fix it (I had 2 sales from 2015).
For me it's like saying to one of my clients - ah, my hourly rate is $10 more now and send them invoice for something I did year ago.

Panthermedia.net / Email about "accounting cancellations"
« on: July 13, 2016, 22:49 »
Just received yesterday

Hello ***,

some of your images have been paid out incorrectly due to a wrong implementation of the API by one of our partners.

On the one hand, images have been paid out although they have not been downloaded by customers.

On the other hand, those images that have been licenced by customers, have been paid out twice.

We have now canceled those erroneous entries in your account:

Amount: ***

Number of images: ***

The partner has fixed the API implementation immediately after this bug has been reported.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Best regards,

Robert Walters

Had a look where those sales happened (actually they managed to mark them in the sales report). Had few sales "returned" that happened 1 YEAR ago.

I stopped submitting new content there 2 years ago, but just left my files there (not sure why). Never had much sales there anyways.

And stay away from deposit photo! Check on forum why :)

Since beta launch, we already transferred more than 11k files! Thanks everyone :)

No major issues, most are due to wrong credentials.

We are still staying in beta for a bit more.

Thanks harvepino for kind words!

We are thinking to support videos also, but first things first. The technical part how to handle huge video files is a bit different than supporting photos. Will let you know when we expand.

Nice to hear that :) Wish everyone would have superb internet.

While in beta, we want to see how many agencies people are submitting to, hear some feedback and monitor costs of servers and bandwidth.

Most likely we will go with # of files per unlimited agencies and offer different packages (eg 100, 500, 1000 files) with prices depending on our cost. We might even throw in a few free monthly uploads.

We know microstock is a numbers "game" and we want everyone from occasional uploader to "photo farms" to benefit from it.

- keyword and copy keywords in Bridge, I outsource most of keywording
- upload files to Dropbox & distribute them using http://dropstock.io (we just built it recently). I find ftp to painful, especially with crappy internet uploads fail to many times.

Microstock Services / FTP sync by dropstock.io
« on: March 30, 2016, 01:26 »
Hi all,

Im not among the most active writers here in the forum, but as a part-time stock photographer I regularly come here and get myself updated with all the new stuff in microstock world.

I travel and work a lot, so something that really bothered me was wasting countless hours of manually uploading files to different agencies over unreliable FTP connections. Uploading 100 pictures this way is painfully inefficient. Doing that from Laos Wifi or on cellular network?

So, I asked a programming friend to help me improve my workflow and we came up with simple solution:

Sync pictures once to Dropbox and distribute them from there through the cloud to all my FTP accounts.

Dropbox handles all the unstable parts of getting files to the internet uncorrupted and securely. I dont even have to monitor that process, I can work offline on selecting, enhancing and keywording photos and then just put them in my local Dropbox folder. Once Im online, Dropbox syncs them and seconds later they are ready to be submitted on all my stock agencies!

This has saved me quite a few hours in the last weeks already and we figured it might be useful for other people too. Since Im a designer by profession and my friend is a developer, we just hit the work hammocks and created a website.

If you want to save some time and repetitive work, you can give it a try now. During the beta its free for unlimited number of photos & FTP accounts. All your photos and FTP credentials stay inside your Dropbox accounts, we dont store any of that on our servers.

Here is how it works

I would rather see something like this for desktop/browser. I think people here don't take photos with their mobile phones. Or something that you can pull your photos from your dropbox and push them over to agencies.

Adobe Stock / Re: Five days, zero sells
« on: May 27, 2015, 02:49 »
For last couple of months my sales on fotolia are noting for few days, than bunch of photos downloaded in the same day. It's clear they are not from one customer as sub royalty is different. For me it looks like search "shuffle" :) but sales are definitely down from what it used to be.

The 30% (or whatever your tax treaty agreement is) is withheld only from the us sales. So it is not 30% of all your earnings but 30% on your US earnings. So looks like you had for around $9 US sales in last month.

Now I will have to wait to get the response from support, probably I won't be able to find the "credit conversion packs" .. Not nice.
