I can tell you something more interesting. My account is already canceled, so I can`t sign in, but yesterday I went to the stockexpert.com to check if something new happens over there. For my bigest surprise, after the main page loaded from StockXpert, I noticed that I`m signed in to the site with a username that is not mine. I had chance to check his details, earnings etc. This is something weird. I made a screenshot and email the user who`s account I was in and send the screenshot to him also. He lives somewhere in Australia and I`m in Europe. Lucky him that he made recent a payment request, so no one could retrive his money.
Something strange is going on, and it could be happen to everyone that they kept the account over the StockXpert. I hope that, this is a singular case and no other user going to have their account exposed to other users.

What a surprise, I`ve got a reply from them: Hello, They have closed your account due to you not participating into Thinkstock and your payment should be issued in the next few days. Sebastien Waiting for payment now, hope it end sooner then I thought. Tamas

Sounds promising, but I never get a reply about payment like you, and I emailed them twice.

Since you deleted all your images, asked for payment, and closed your account. Why are you surprised that they closed your account?
Wouldn't it be more unusual if they kept your account open and paid you, which people would then be asking, why they still have an account, when they closed it?
I'd say the closed account is a good sign that something is going on, rather than just having your message sitting in a mailbox somewhere, waiting for someone to read it.
I agree with you RP, but not totally. Deleted my images, opted out and want a final payment it is true but, after or until that, I expect to be clearified what`s next. No email that they confirm about closing my account or going to make the payment, just guessing. I would expected that before they cancel may account, they notify me about that and confirm a payment date or a payment period (30 days after closing the account), and then I know that all the things between me and StockXpert are finished. Not to mention that some of my vectors are appearing at TS in a very ugly preview, it looks like more CMYK preview than RGB. Now I have to wait and hope it will be a payment somewhere in the near future (if it will be). I hope that you are right and yes, it`s a good sign they closed my account. I`ll let you know about when it comes the moment Tamas

Another strange happenings. I got a reply from StockXpert about the account problems, here is the reply: Hello, We had technical issues which are now resolved.
Thank you,
Sebastien Following this email I hoped for the best . Now it`s getting more interesting, I went to StockXpert page to log in to view my stats or if I have some message about the payout, and here it is what I`ve got: Account Information
Error! This account has been cancelled! Realy I don`t know what to think about.

make sure you are trying to log in on the right page.
I haven't deleted my images, so that might be the difference, but if I try to log in on the regular StockXpert page it doesn't work but if I log in on this page http://www.stockxpert.com/my_account it does work. Or if I try to log in on the top right box on that page it doesn't work, but the log in box in the middle of the page does work.
It doesn`t work, I tried both ways and same result.

It is weird, least they should made an announcement that those who opt out, their account will be suspended after the given date or so.

I don`t know if it just me, but I can`t sign in to Stockexpert, I opted out from TS and deleted all images and requested the final payout. I tried different ways to log in, no chance at all.
Is there any of you who opted out are in similar case?

The total on the left doesn't change when u add new polls then !?
It only totals the main existing ones, which u provided !!
He is right, the total amount is only counting for the main sites only.

Right now I`m over the 3rd attempt to submit vectors to istock, but only one was accepted, all the others was:
"We\'re sorry but this artwork is not what we are currently looking for in terms of composition, color usage, use of line and shape, concept, detail and/or file complexity"
The thing that most surprised me is the accepted file, I just put in the list to have the 3 files that they require for submision.
I hope that for the 4th attempt I`ll be in.

For Partner Program - login to your account, look up across the top when you are in "My Uploads" or click the brief case icon up on top, right to get there. 4th one says, Partner Program. When you go there, it shows every image with a box on the right, you can allow them or disallow, select image by image by checking or unchecking the box.
The other for Extended Licenses is under, Member Profile, which allows you to Opt In or Opt Out for extended licenses. Are you confusing Extended Licenses and the Partner Program? There is a Partner Program Opt In/Out choice in the Control Panel.
The Extended License program is within the iStock site for customers who want to purchase commercial licenses, multi-seat license etc. I would reconsider if you really want to opt out of those because they a rare but make a lot of money.
You are right MichaelJay, thank you for the info.

Opted out at IStock. Deleting port at STX and asking for final payout. 0.25 cent from Getty is too low. I like DT, I like SS, no need to help jeopardize their sales. Staying away from this one.
Thank you LSD for the link. Interesting read.
Have you asked for the payout through Stockexpert Support Service or simply by mail? *By the way, where can you opt in or out at istock???
