I found this contributor makes images very similar with my work. I think that it is not just coincidence, but I am not sure is it against the rules?

This is just a few examples, there are a hundreds more and new images coming on a daily basis. There are even more on Shutterstock, but I am posting here, hoping Mat will give me the right suggestion on what to do.  I do not want to accuse anyone, just wondering is there a legal way to stop him. Any advice will be highly appreciated.
