Shutterstock.com / So we don't get a rejection reason any more?

After some time I have submitted some images to Shutterstock, and now I see the results : some images are Approved and all others are "Eligible for data licensing".

I have opted out of Data Licensing some time ago.

Does this mean we no longer receive a reason for a rejection, and rejected images are automatically moved to "Data Licensing"?
Or is there another reason why some images go to "Data Licensing" and not into the regular collection?

hello guys,

pixta is not working - the progressbar is frozen and can not be canceled without closing the entire application. The electronic authentication does not pop up as usual.

creativemarket - is not working either. But I keep getting a lot of automated "a new device signed into your account" every time I try to upload. (error report #5cbf1eef1361617f92a3c722 )

I am not sure where to report bugs, so I am trying here.

There is an ugly bug with how stock submitter handles model releases. I have noticed it at iStock but it could also relate to other agencies.

When I uploaded to images to iStock, Stock submitter associated images with older model releases of the same model (and not the actual model release that shows in the stock submitter interface) which resulted in Date conflict rejections - now I have to correct everything manually.

The problem seems to be how Stock submitter saves releases at iStock - by using only model name and not the shoot date.

hello, creativemarket submission is not working for a week, when will this issue be fixed and will paying subscribers be compensated?

Most likely they changed something.
Also there has been problems uploading the whole day, now this. Screenshot attached.

Adobe Stock / "Visual Reference" in Model Release

The new model release for fotolia requires a "Visual Reference" to be attached at the top of the release.
Can anyone help me to understand what that is? Is it like a passport photo , or just any photo of the model?

Hello,

many of my editorial images are rejected because of bad caption (The caption information for this submission appears to be inaccurate or misleading)

The images are approved anywhere else including Shutterstock. Can you guys please tell me what is wrong with my captions? I can not get it right somehow.

Example :

Cedar Key, Florida - January 15, 2015 : Waterfront buildings on stilts in the historic downtown Cedar Key photographed from the fishing pier.
