Hi
I was wondering if anyone could help me with the following:
I recently took some photo's of an "airshow" these have been accepted as editorial shots at all the sites I submit to no problem.
Shutterstock have rejected them, asking for credentials. The "airshow" I took them at is a non ticketed free event that took place on (or rather over
) public property with no entry or exit restrictions. I was stood on a public footpath to take my pictures (The event is organised by the local council to bring visitors into the town).
Now i could understand if I was on private property or if it was a ticketed event, but this was neither. I have resubmitted with a note to the reviewer to this effect...was this the right thing to do? Still have time to delete them if needed...am I correct in my thinking...It is no different I suppose to saying I was stood on a public pavement (sidewalk for you USA folks!
)and these planes flew past?
