Hello,
does somebody have an example CSV for importing metadata to stock submitter?
It does not work or i don`t know how. I marked some clips and imported my CSV and nothing happens. Any hint?

Hey,
clipdealer upload works fine but there is no checker box for submitting metadata.
Isn`t it possible to submit video metadata?

we tried to upload videos to Dissolve. It works but there seems to be a problem with metadata submissions.
Anyon else got this?
Where`s the latest list of supported agencies? I can`t find it on stockSubmitter home.

I want to activate adobe stock on microstock plus. When i type in my login information and save there`s always a "worng password error".
When i look back at the page my login information are typed in wrong. I tried several time. Even if i erase the agency. When i reopen it there are still wrong login information after i typed all again.
Is there a way to fix this?

yesterday my shutterstock account was hacked. They changed email account and payment infos. I can`t login to the account. I`ve contacted Shutterstock yesterday but i have not heard anything.
Has anyone ever happened?

The program cannot show files unless there are JPEG files on the hard drive.

No...i have all the JPGs and the program shows them all. But to some of the jpgs my sorce video file is missing on harddrive. I want to know what Video files are missing.

Hi, we had a HDD Crash and lost some of our 15.000 videoclips in our stock submitter database. I rescued all the preview JPGs and the stockSubmitter database backup. Of the 15.000 clips i copied about 12.000 to a new HDD with same folder structure. And all works nicely BUT....about 3.000 clips are shown in stocksubmitter but they are acutally not here. Is there a way to tell stocksubmitter to show lost media files? Philip

When i upload images to the same server everything is ok.
When i upload videos i got the following:
Login Authentication failed (520)
We tried for 3 weeks. Everytime stills are working but videos not....

Hi!
We tried for about 3 Weeks to upload Video to Deposit Photo. It still doesn`t work.
But we tried to upload photos again at the same time. This works good.
is there mayby a difference between stills and videos?
Deposit says they have no server problems.

User and password are correct so i`m not sure about the Problem.
