This mail was all i got. I don't dare to contact them. I'll just order me another U2713 and some new lenses. It has to be truck loads of $$$'s
sorry but that doesn't make sense I really think you should contact them
sure you can go and accept whatever money SS is willing to pay you (amount you still don't know), IMO I believe that email is spam and nothing will happen, never heard anything like this from SS, selling our file as exclusive?
there is something fishy going on
p.s: have you got that file removed?
Was joking. Of course i contacted them. Waiting for reply. Thumbnail for the image is showing in catalog manager, but as soon as i click it i get a popup with message: We can't find the content you wanted to edit, please check the ID (xxxxxxxx) and try again. So this image seems to be deleted and the mail seems to be legit. Will have to wait and see.

Got an email from Shutterstock with topic: Removed some images
The mail:
------------------------------------ xxxxx xxxxxx, We have removed the following images that you uploaded. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) deleted because: Per Exclusive Sale. Regards, ShutterStock Support ------------------------------------ (x's are me sensoring sensitive information)
Is this a good mail about $$$'s that don't yet show on my account or is this a bad mail?
What does it mean?

With this image I think the 'Background Eraser Tool' on a duplicate would have been faster.

That policy sure feels crazy to me.
Example:
I have a friend that really doesn't want to appear in any sold image with his face showing. I have a release for a image with him his face masked. I use my own release with a shoot description, but there is no field for shoot description in DS's own MR form. So if I would be "idiot" I could sell all the fun/artsy photos we have shot with the guy since i have the one release from year -1. All released in DS.
The example might be far fetched, but why refuse several releases? What harm does it do to allow more than one release /person?
HDD space comes in to mind, but it's like "a fart in the desert" compared to the HDD space all the images use.

Oh Thank You! Seems like I was too hasty (again).
I was assuming that i did have to attach the MR since my people photos were the only ones left on queue.

I just got accepted to GL and I'm a bit lost.
I had some people pictures in my initial patch and after being accepted I've uploaded the MR's. How do I attach a MR to image?
When hovering over a picture in 'Pending' section there appears a overlay that states 'Edit' & 'MR'. By clicking the 'Edit' I'm redirected to keywording/titling page, but when I click 'MR' it doesn't take me anywhere. Tried with FF & ie. Help?

Sorry to dig this 'old' topic up but:
I've had problems with FTP upload processing. I upload with filezilla to several agencies. I then see files through to other places to give SS time to process... And still almost every time when i come back to SS the files haven't appeared on the list. Then i upload the same files with http and more than often some of the same files suddenly appear twice on the list. Frustrating.

At the moment they are at least at 4th and PP sales for me seem to be even less than on December.

Hey everyone,
I ahve been using FileZilla to upload images but I am finding that it is not successfully connecting to a couple sites and I was wondering if anyone had other programs they are using instead of FileZilla? FileZilla seems to work most of the time, but not always.
Thanks!!!!
What sites are causing problems?

You could try to import the folder in smaller chunks of files to find the possibly broken file. Don't know if this is the issue here, but I've noticed that some people use just one album. One should make new album for every shoot / set of images. If only one album is used for all the images, the cache/database/meta is drowning even stronger computer in small steps.

Had 1 sale last week! That's 100% better than 2012.
So you had 0.5 sale in 2012??
100% better = doubled; 100% of 2012's sales = same as; from 0 to 1 is an infinite increase - anything times 0 is 0 . As a percentage the increase is undefined is I think the way you'd say that.
Ok! Infinite % better than 2012! ( http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=smarty%20pants )

Pitp pyyt Leafilta pikkuruista 'Suomiosiota', ettei hmmennet noita ulkomaanelvi.
Hyv pointti, tnx Leaf
