While doing a Google search for my images, I discovered that someone used one of my images in an invitation design they submitted for resale on a print-on-demand card/invitation site.   >:(  But that's not the point of this thread.

The company selling the invitation is Purple Trail.  They accept card and invitation designs from contributors and pay $20/$40/$60 per design depending on the complexity.  It will be interesting to see how they handle my demand to either provide the correct license or remove my photo and pay me whatever they paid the contributor who violated my license terms (no EL ever sold anywhere)...might help us judge whether or not they are worthy of our own contributions.

It seems from their terms that your card design is exclusive with them and you also turn over all IP rights for the design to them. That's asking a lot for 20.- bucks.

Did you get a reply, Karimala? I would be interested to know how they handle this.
