Howdy! Can somebody do me a favour? Log in to your Pond5 account, go to the 'uploads' tab and check the number of files in the list is correct.

Mine is showing 119 when I should have 405 files. I'm hoping this isn't a massive issue, because I'm still seeing them in my public profile, and I had sales of items yesterday that aren't showing in the list... so It's not like they've actually disappeared or been deleted... but it does mean I can't edit the ones that aren't showing in my list. Will give it 24 hours and contact support, could be a glitch, but just wanted to see if I'm the only one.

My list is where I expect it. Are you sure you don't inadvertently have some kind of filter set?

Check the filters at the top, especially "IN COLLECTION"

You probably have a filter set.

Check if you haven't got sth in the search box or the status/collection/type dropdown. For me everything seems allright.
One thing that doesn't work for me on P5 is the statistics tab: when selecting "this month" from the dropdown I see 01-08.01.2019 perioid...
