Well, the whereabouts of the money have not yet been clarified. It is also conceivable that the money could have ended up in the notoriously corrupt Ukraine.

If you really want to go back in time to Angela Merkel's era, the person you cite below - Hryhoriy Omelchenko - was the head of the parliamentary commission for combating crime and corruption at the time of the investigation into the sale of Ukrainian cruise missiles to China and Iran, in which a number of high-ranking Ukrainian officials were involved.
Incidentally, Hryhoriy Omelchenko later also questioned the legal basis for Zelensky's remaining in office as head of state.

Germans, you should decide whether you are for the Russians, putin and merkel or whether you are against Naz.ism, against the Russians, against the KGB and for truth and democracy. Be honest with yourselves at least.
