Hi Guys,

how i can add water mark to flicker photos,i want to offer some of my photos for getty/flicker but not making is public because there is no water mark option from flicker.

Please guide me if some1 know.

google adding a watermark. You can just add some text on a different layer and then lower the opacity to where it is transparent but still can be seen and then flatten the image.

Most of mine are like this:

Also done via layers.

If that means something other than adding an X in a layer, you'll have to explain.

m sorry i didn't explain well,i am looking for that cross type water mark over whole photo like we get on shutter-stock approved images.

OK, if this is the sort of thing:

Draw a white (or whatever) line from corner to corner with a pencil.
Click - hold the shift key down - click the other corner.
Repeat for the other diagonal.
Write your text in black on another layer.
Rasterise the text layer.
Select the text colour (deselect contiguous) and stroke it with 1 px white.
Lower the opacity to c60%.
Flatten image & save.

Obviously you change any parameter to get what you want.
