I am new at this, and would like to understand. I have been accepted to upload to CanStock and have FTP my images. Now I don't find anywhere where to put the keywords or anything. There is nothing about my uploads under "My Account". I am very puzzled...

Anybody knows?

Hi,
Go to upload files, then click on FTP, then click on Process files. This brings your files into the unfinished files area and you can add keywords etc.

I did what you said, the page is trying to open (maybe too many images to show up... 48)

It takes a few minutes to process all the images. Depending on how many other images are in the Q before yours it could be hundreds, could be thousands.

Generally I wait about 25 to 20 minutes

Yes, I saw them now. I had 48 images.
I put the keywords and description and everything on the first one and submit. When I reopened the image, all of the info were gone... I don't know what happened, I am waiting for their tech support.

I am wondering now if I have to upload an agreement for EACH one.... even if there is no model release to give?

if you keyword your jpgs in file info the process should read them and include them for each individual image.

Yes, I realized that I have to include the file info int the IPTC (which I haven't done before).... Aaarrghhhhh... I should have known this....
