I uploaded this month 2000 images.
Will the sales go up in the next months (1-2 years) with this images?
Or down?

Because I have a feeling the older images will make fewer sales. Exception bestseller.
What do you think. Can I sit back and relax me now?  ;)

You will probably see an uptick for thext 2-3 months, but it will drop fast. I think it is better to spread your uploads. If you had uploade 500 a month you would have had continuos exposure on the "newest" images search function. Then you could collect repeat customers every month.

At SS will perform well for 1-2 months then a sharp drop and then slow steady decline

2000 images hmm, if you are on SS, I would not want to look in the month - INSIGHTS - IMAGE GALLERY STATS  :(

You'll probably earn enough for a ticket to a Caribbean island. It might be enough for a couple of Pina Coladas too. But the return flight could be a problem  8)

I don't think there is ever a time you can sit back and relax.  As mentioned by others here, you'll likely see an increase in sales for the short term but inevitably your portfolio will get pushed back further and further behind contributors that are consistently uploading new work.  You've got to stay busy to stay relevant.

Good luck,

Mat

Depends on the quality. It's not a number thing like most are saying. It's quality and the right subjects. Even today you can make a full income with just 1000 images.
