Hi Niakris, and all you guys on the forum.

What a great piece of software this StockSubmitter - marvelous.

Just a couple of issues which I need to show a screenshot of so you can understand and diagnose the problem - where can I upload the screenshots?

Also I am just a bit concerned that on the Stocksubmitter website there is no 'Contact Us' - it isn't working. I want to make sure there is genuine support for this software before I start paying a subscription for unlimited uploads.

For support you can contact me via e-mail [email protected] or Telegram Netherspite.
Also you can post a thread here or PM me on this forum.
Another option of contacting the support is Live chat available using a corresponding button in the program.

Speaking of problems you have mentioned in the thread title:
1. You can specify a country in "Other parameters" - "Other metadata".
2. If the program says that the video format is unsupported you can check the tooltip to the file and the tooltip to the agency name in the program to see the video format your file has and the formats accepted by the agency.
