Actually, the only channels I now have working are SS, DT, Canstock and Bigstock.  I saved up a bunch of submissions over Christmas which I would really like to get uploaded now so if you could fix this I would be very grateful!

A little note would be nice if Lightburner cut custom channel distribution intensionally or if somebody is going to fix this problem.

Suddenly the FTP service stopped to work given some unreasonable error message. Investigating...

Thanks for investigating.

Someone (StockCube) noticed it isn't working "since the start of the year". May have something to do with date? Just guessing

I can't verify my custom FTP channel for Fotolia...
Can someone help me how to create it?
Probably I have mistake, but i don't know where during creating a new channel...

This doesn't work...

URL    ftp://submit.fotolia.com
ID (login) *    2005985948
Password**    Your login followed by your password (ie: if your login is "login" and your password is "password", your ftp password will be "loginpassword")

Hi David, just to let you know that I can still only get four channels to distribute: SS, DT, CS and BS,
Cheers,

Hi David,

Is there a projected date for solving the FTP problem?

Thanks in advance.

I think I found it today...
It looks like Amazon Web Service admins added a (set of) firewall(s) requiring passive FTP connections to the remote hosts.
They did it very silently without informing their customers.
So suddenly all LB FTP 'put' calls started to fail with a very strange error message - without changing a line of code from our side.
Took me some time to find out what is the root of this problem, sorry for the delay.
Switching to passive FTP connection mode solves the issue in my tests.
LB code is now updated, good to try.

Well, it still does not work for me  :( I uploaded 40 files which were distributed just to Dreamstime and Canstockphoto (the only normal channels, the others are set to custom). Is there anything I have to set?

Thanks but all custom channels are still not working

I uploaded a test file about 24 hours ago and it has only been distributed to standard channels

Nope - same here.  Sorry David, but I still can only get it to distribute to SS, DT, CS and BS.  Please keep trying though!

Hi there,
Following images were uploaded to your LightBurner account at least 3 days ago:

...

If you did not distribute these media items yet please do it within the next 24 hours.
After that the high resolution files for listed media will be permanently removed from our system with no further notice.
Time is short, Act Now!

Is it a joke? I wish I could act now, if only it worked
