Thanks for trying, Warren. I did as you said, but since I had already checked marked the agencies, I just pressed "OK". It didn't make any difference.  :(

I couldn't find live chat, so I've sent support an email. Hopefully they'll be able to fix my problem.

Does not seem to work entirely with Mac OS 10.6.1 Snow Leopard. Copy/paste doesn't work anywhere, neither does contiguous selection with the shift key.
Also won't connect to 2 agencies that I know have the correct log in info.

Emailed support, quick replies but basically just got shruggs from them... >:(

For Mac; not ready for Primetime.
