We are currently experiencing some technical issues with Moneybookers payout requests.  Tickets requests beginning January 15 through to today are all affected. (Ticket # 235320 to 238312)

We are working with Moneybookers to solve the issue and will process all outstanding payouts as soon as the situation is resolved.  

Please note: This only affects Moneybookers requests.  If you have other payout concerns please open a support ticket indicating your issue.
