You should be fine as long as it's been 30 days.  Make sure it actually has been that long, you might get your account closed if you put your files up on other sites and it hasn't been 30 days.

If you're sure it's been 30 days then you should be ok.

If I were you, I'd write another email to IS that you had given a notice of termination 30 days ago and intend to activate your account with other agencies on such such date unless you hear any objections from IS. Keep a copy of this email in case there are any issues.

I decide to wait one more day, and I'll write to istock next day.

They like to hang on to you, they can't even manage quitting exclusivity properly.
There will be quite a few more following the same route soon.

Replies from CR can take weeks, so you surely shouldn't have to wait that long.

"I decide to wait one more day, and I'll write to istock next day."

You don't need to write to them, you have fulfilled your part of the legal requirements specified in your contract with IS. If you write to them it can easily take 3 months ( no exaggeration here I'm afraid)to get a response. Just make sure your 30 days are up and you are fine to upload elsewhere.

"You Are an Exclusive Videographer"- I`m pretty sure that this message is shown on your last day of exclusivity. On the next day you will be "free" :)

It always took the pages on iStock a day or two to catch up with the data in the background. I also had the same happen when I dropped exclusivity two years ago. But it "fixed itself" within two days or so.
