Hi,
I noticed that my istock - account had some restrictions and lastly i got this message and after that they are not reviewing my stock (vectors, videos and illustration).
I am Uploading Vector with various Variations and all are done Manually (human designed) - is there any one or email available or chat support available to talk and get it fixed?

Getty Images does not accept files created using AI generative models. There are open questions with respect to the copyright of outputs from these models and there are unaddressed rights issues with respect to the underlying imagery and metadata used to train these models. Please see https://contributors.gettyimages.com/article/9685 for more information.

I would open up a ticket and discuss this issue directly with them.

Yes, the ticket system is probably the right way.

My account was also blocked for uploading because I uploaded silhouettes that were supposedly created by AI, at least that was IStock's opinion.

After a somewhat lengthy communication with the ticket system, during which I had to control myself to remain particularly friendly and of course humble, I am now allowed to upload 50 images per week again. And no, they weren't AI images that I had uploaded, but if their automatic system says this is AI, that's probably their reality.

In the end, this stamping fits in with IStock's 15% share policy.

What is it about an image that triggers "AI Image" to the reviewer ... do we know. Can we guess?

I think if you use the AI feature in some editing programs, it transfers this to the exif. Thus, your image is perceived as AI. For example, noise removal with AI in Lightroom, or sharpening in Topaz programs. I think expanding the frame with Photoshop is among them.

Do you use such features in the programs you use? (I have photos of the Milky Way taken at high ISO. That's why I hesitate to use the noise feature in Lightroom).
