I've looked and I'm sure it's there and I'm just missing it. Say I had a sale on the 12th. How do I see which specific file(s) sold? All I find are most popular, I can see sales per day and commissions, but I don't seem to be able to find which photo? If I click on the thumbnail for a photo it shows views and sales, but nothing to say which date.

What am I missing?

I've been wondering the same thing.

I think you can look at your details page and sort by download date.

The most recent will be the one that sold.

Am I missing something here?

Haven't found sort by Download Date, but if it's there, that would be something?  ;D

I did find... "My Uploads" page, which appears to be sorted by upload date, latest first. On the right, click "Last DL" which seems to answer the question. Thanks, your answer helped me find it.

I'm scratching my head also. ;)

The only way that the details page wouldn't be completely helpful is if you wanted to see what photo sold several days ago, and that photo may have sold again since then so may appear higher on the list. Other than that, yes, sort by download date ("Last DL") on your details page. You can get there by using the suitcase icon in your top toolbar (the second from right, next to the envelope icon).

This is not on the page you get to by "view portfolio". On the details page (described above), you would click on the title of the last column on the right, in order to sort by the values in that column.

If you don't see it in "My uploads" by sorting in "Last DL", try the other choices "Extended License" or "Prints".

Don't forget also that if the image sold again later, only the last sale appears there.  Check all images sold after the 12th and see if one was sold also on the 12th.

The question sounds as though they've never seen this page before. I mentioned the multiple sales issue, but maybe I didn't make myself clear enough.

Also, the extended license sales are not listed on that page by date. You will have to go to the Financials tab, and then the EL earnings report in order to see the details of those transactions.

You're right!  I only had one EL in IS, so I hadn't noticed. :D

Hope this is useful for someone! On the "My Uploads" page look at the royalty column. The amount there is the all time total royalties for that image (e.g. $3.50). Click on that amount and you then get a list of all sales for that image and how much you earned each time. You have an option from there to check EL's, print sales etc. Sorry if you all knew this but it took me a year to find it (and then by chance) so I'm guessing I am not the only one! Regards, David.

bold added by me.

Yeah...  I like IS... but tracking sales has always been a pain in the seat... one thing I learned recently... due to illness, I hadnt tracked sales anywhere to a couple months (4 on IS).. WHAT A HASSLE GOING BACK AND DOING IT ALL... took me a couple hours. I think my fav sales tracking is SS... it's simple and direct and all there in one place daily.  8)=tom
