Anyone else having login issues on ESP or DeepMeta?

On DM it seems to take an eternity then going to "Login Failed" and ESP website giving "Those details don't match our records. Double-check and try again." instantly.

Yes the details are correct - ive been having this issue for 48hrs now.

Did you get an email requiring you to change your password (in your junk folder?)
I got one, then it took a week to get back in. Support helped, but it took a few attempts on their part.

No email about that.
Last one i received was payment on 23/3.

Guess i'll have to do the support minefield then.

Edit:- Simple password reset worked. No idea why suddenly after about 3 years of using it the problem happened now.

Quite a few of us had to do it .... one member even said that they sent the password reset email to an old email address.

I'm facing the same login problem. I used to use my email as username to log in. I've tried username and password recovery function but it's not working at all. I also mailed the support 4 days ago but still no answer. Really annoying issue from Istock.
