I uploaded the EPS and JPG versions of my illustrations. It's asking me to enter Title, Description and Keywords. This system does not extract the information (like other stock sites)? Must I enter it manually (or copy and paste from the original files)? I cannot use DeepMeta because my operating system is no longer compatible with it.

same for me

ESP can't extract IPTC metadata. (testing XMP/IPTC metadata with CS Bridge and Exiftool… nothing)
so i enter it manually

but they say

Ugh. iStock really seems out of touch. The gap is widening with this latest drama.

i've submit a ticket to support service and received an answer

the answer was similar to this (irony): forget about it and leave us alone, we here to making money, not to solve your problem, oh we know, we know, we are so sorry, forgive us

in other words it's my problem, not theirs
