I keyword my images with adobe bridge, but deepmeta doesn't read the 'date created' field when importing photos.

With all batches from the last weeks it sets all my images at 12-2-2017, whatever the date they are made.

Anyone else having this 'problem'?

Yes, this is a known issue and will be fixed in the next release.
Thanks for reporting!

Looking for information on this issue. Still happens about half the time. Running latest version 3.11.7

That was fixed in March last year, and should not normally happen.

If possible, the next time you encounter this, can you please send the JPG to the DeepMeta support address?
(support at deepmeta dot com)
I'll investigate then.
Thanks!

done. Note that it is very erratic. Yesterday, in 3 5 file batches, it happened to 1, 5 and 3 respectively. Same camera, shoot and processing

I did some testing with the file, and saw that the creation date was not present in the usual exif/iptc section of the JPG, but in the XMP section.

The next version of DeepMeta will also use that location to extract the date, so these types of file should then also get a proper date in DeepMeta.

Thanks again for taking the time to send the file!

DeepMeta Statistics Activity section are not accurate, they dont tally with the actual sales for each month and when can we see which files are selling.

Sorry if this is a bit abrupt, but every other Agency shows real time, down loads.

...every other Agency shows real time, down loads.
IS doesn't make that possible. Nothing to do with DM. See the many other threads where this is discussed.
In addition, stats in one place are often different from stats in different places. Check out iS's forums for info about this, including the bizarre assertion that the stats are pulled from different sources so will never tally. Why? You may ask.  I did, and got no answer.
Bottom line: it's not Franky/ DM'S fault.

Thanks, Sue.
To "H2O": DeepMeta has many ways to show your data, and by default it sums the amounts and downloads by month when the actual sale took place. ("Group by Sales month" in the top left drop down list).

If you want to compare with ESP or other stats, you can select option "Group by Royalty month", which will sum all values by month when reported in the Royalty statement.

I appreciate your reply and I think the Deepmeta software is outstanding and understand how it works.

But, and I am afraid this is a but, it does not have real time stats and I fully understand this is not your fault, but it is the one thing every contributor is really interested in more than any other statistic, as for Getty/istock claiming that this cannot be done, there is no such thing as can't.

Every other site reports real time, what ever excuse is given, this can only be, because they dont want us to see real time, what other reason can there be.

Every other site reports real time
Actually, there are other macro sites which report monthly, some even (AIUI) quarterly.
Getty reports monthly, and wanted to bring iS within that reporting schedule, no doubt to save money (why else?).
Of course, it's not motivating; but it's not like they have a scarcity of suppliers and wannabes.
Anyway, no point at all in complaining here where no-one can do anything about it (take it or leave it). You might as well p*ss in the wind on their forums (for all the good that would do).

Is DeepMeta broken? It is only showing a very small portion of sales in the statistics and sales section. Right now it is showing only 4 downloads in December and 61 lifetime downloads. These numbers are completely wrong. Running version 3.12.0

I've seen no other reports of missing info.
Can you send a screenshot and your ESP username to [email protected]?
Thx.
