Can a buyer make changes to an editorial image purchased on IS. by changes I specifically mean change the days left on the london olympic clock

From my understanding it would be okay, as long as the image is marked as "montage", "digitally altered" when it is used. I see digitally altered photos as editorials in newspapers all the time.

I could not find anything on IS regarding the question if their usage terms allow it or not...
