I sent my first 30 videos to Pond5 about a month ago and there's still no reply. I know that video reviews can last longer but...a month!? Is this normal for Pond5?

No idea,  but you are not the only reporting long review times on videos. On photos is 3-4 weeks as well. You can write to support about it, but you will either get no reply, or a standard blah blah reply.

Currently our queue is huge. We have been getting more and more submissions every day, and our staff are working as hard as they can to get the queue down from a month or more to around a week or two. We appreciate your patience while we work our butts off to approve your clips!

As far as your bio page, it is a site indexing issue. We index the site as often as we can, so your files and bios and everything will be updated soon. We are working on a button that will allow you to update your own information as we speak, so stick around for that to be rolled out soon!
