Stopped uploading to Yay, Cutcaster, Panthermedia, GL stock, Crestock, and FAA due to low sales, 123RF and iStock due to commission cuts.

Stopped submitting to FeaturePics and Canstock due to low sales plus bad reviewing - low earners that become overly picky are not worth the effort.

Used to contribute to Stockxpert and Veer until they went under.  Also used to submit to Snapvillage until they became - Veer?  I can't remember what happened to them.  Was left out of Photodune/Envato at their last incarnation - and good riddance, really.

Stopped submitting to all stock agencies for many months at a time due to low return on effort and too busy with everything else.  Maybe if I have time over the holidays or get furloughed next week ...

I'm glad I never started to upload to any of those. Except 123rf which I finally dropped.

Closed my account on:
1. BigStock
2. DepositPhotos
3. Istock

Left photos on these but no new uploads in about 1-2 years:
1. 123
2. Dreamstime
3. canstock

ONLY submit new content to:
1. Shutterstock
2. AdobeStock

Love Pond5 for video. They are amazing but I don't make too many new videos these days.

Video here:

Deleted files and closed account at iStock years ago due to horrific royalty share. Recently deleted all content at Videoblocks due to their low pricing and low sales. Clipcanvas and Clipdealer old, hopeless agencies which sell nothing.

Where do you sell the most, in video?

Real shame about Bigstock. Some years ago, I was finally close to getting regular payouts from them, when they started falling apart. Upload stopped working and my plea for help was never answered. My income from them is now 15% of what it was. Even worse, their mother company is starting to show some similar behaviours.

Stopped: deposit, istock (removed most of my photos), yaymicro, Crestock, Pantermedia, Bigstockphoto, Mostphotos, GL, Photodunde. Gave a try to many of them with batch of photos.

Pond5 - always been a big fan, being able to set my own prices is extremely important for me with a considerable amount of niche / hard to shoot footage. All the regular stuff reluctantly goes on Shutterstock too (I'd drop them in a heartbeat if I could but it doesn't make financial sense right now.)

Depositphotos - poor sales and high maintenance, buggy interface. They would often reject files that other agencies approved without a problem.
Though they are now accepting them after several years! I assumed they'd deleted apparently not!!!
Yeah, I'm also getting these emails, lol

They rejected a lot for low commercial value but then if you resubmit you get everything accepted. It's kind of a waste of time. But  at least the re submission way of DP is the best!

Almost all of them. After getting out of iStock exclusivity, I uploaded to just about every agency out there. Most of them didn't ever reach payout. I got a bit more selective 2 years ago, then life got in the way and I didn't upload much. Getting back into photography now and deleted most of my accounts.

I'll be keeping
- Shutterstock (best micro earner)
- istock (some legacy files there that still make money, no new uploads)
- Adobe Stock (interesting contra point, sells files thatd don't sell elsewhere)
- Alamy (Very promising for local and tourism content, which is something I love to shoot)
- Pond5 (videos only)
