It appears I've lost my Shutterstock check!!! Has anyone had this problem?? Will they re-issue?

Yes. I've had mine lost in the post twice and both times they've reissued. I've urged them to work with Payoneer but they told me last time (a couple of months back) that there are no plans for that.
It can take quite a while for them to re-issue, though - maybe two or three months.

We have different info about Payoneer and Shutterstock. We can't use checks because of our type of business in our country and Skrill is a thief with their absurd fees.

I think we have the same information --- SS doesn't do Payoneer and doesn't have any plans to.
