If you were approached, that means your images or illustrations must be really great...you caught their attention.
Resale rights, do you know if these are these perpetual rights, once you deal with them, the image is theirs forever to distribute?
If you need someday to remove a single image, will you be able to?
Another thing to look at:
What does their Royalty Free License Agreement to the buyer says? Do you know??? Check that out and see what limitations they put on the buyer...Or they let the buyer do whatever they wan t-- such as --can the buyer use on logos, print on demand sites, stuff for resale, templates for resale, is there a limit print run, do they limit the image on "sensitive subjects' and so on?
I take this is a "one time" payment for the rights you give?
