DT is now a mid-tier agency.

Maybe even the bottom of the middle tier.

This week it has been soundly beaten by BS, 123RF and CanStockPhoto, at least in my sales.

We've been talking about giving them time... a holiday week is not the best time to pass judgment.  But in a holiday week, everyone should be down.  For me, DT is the ONLY agency that is in the basement... the rest are all back to posting normal numbers.

This is a shame.  In my early days DT was my #2 agency.  Lately they've been #4.  But if these recent changes stick, they will be #8 or #9.

Is there still a great divide between big-selling veterans (lots of level 4 and 5 pics) and everyone else?  I can't be the only one having a miserable time at DT.

DT has fluctated between feast and famine, every couple of weeks, for several years however these latest changes seem to have made the situation even more extreme.

Last month I did well out of the search engine issues, on target for a BME, until they 'fixed' the search and sales dried up again. DT still finished the month ahead of FT though, the first time they had done so since March 2008.

Having had a week of famine there are signs of things changing this morning. Hope so!

For me, this morning has made the disaster look even worse.

I woke up to see about $30 in sales at SS, $30 at FT, $30 at IS, and $0 at DT.

Hoping it's just the lag in reporting that seems to be routine at DT these days.

May has been interesting for me with a TIFF sale (didn't even know DT offered that).  My image downloads are down but revenue is up.  I haven't had a subscription sale this month yet.

I fear that DT will no longer be a winner for me- Last month cost me about 20% loss to my entire net income. This is a major blow to me since they were in my top 3....

May is utterly disappointing for now. I hope it gets better after this last change. BTW, April was a BME (meaning there's hope yet)

You're not. The search engine changes that helped gostwyck hurt me (as I have a "new" portfolio having only returned there last June following my stint as exclusive), and I don't see any signs of things recovering. The subs are still there for me and having a few more at 70 cents doesn't offset the lower volume enough to make things work.

On top of all the other frustrations with DT over the last few weeks, they accepted and then quickly rejected three shots of Aruba which had minuscule folks (masses of them) on wide angle beach shots saying they wanted model releases. They're insane - these weren't grab shots of bikini babes I was trying to sneak in, but more like city street scenes with blobs of unrecognizable humanity milling about.

So we'll see how things evolve over time, but they're right now just one frustration after another with not much (i.e. sales) to sweeten the pot.

Edited to add that I received e-mail from an admin at DT this morning saying that a new editor had wrongly rejected my images and they're now approved. Very nice that they wrote (and apologized) for that (and I didn't contact support; this was all their own initiative).

My sales last week were terrible; perhaps the worst in years since I initially signed up.  But today it finally recovered with $15 so far today (1:00 in California).  It'll be really interesting to see how is all shakes out by the end of the month.  Also, lately I've experienced an unusually high number of rejections (too many similars in my portfolio).

I'd say it was crap but its not been that good. I'd be happy if my images got a view at the moment. I'm hoping it will even itself out............SOON.
