Hi everyone!
How to make Clipdealer to pay? More than two months and many emails with no answers since I've requested payment from Clipdealer. How to get money from them?

Same story each time. I wait 2 months as you. Every time i have to send tons of emails in order to receive my payment. Why is all this? Markus, why?

Sounds like the Revostock story.  Hope there's a better ending.

Strange is that this is happening for years, seems like established bad way of paying contributors. Finally i always got my payments, but with bad sense of neglect to me as contributor.

Clipdealer is notorious for years for not paying out contributors on time.
Read more about it in my Blog in German (might need to use Google Translate):
https://www.alltageinesfotoproduzenten.de/2017/02/20/auszahlungen-schwierig-bei-der-bildagentur-clipdealer/

Last time I had to issue a court order to get them to pay and other photographers reported the same.
I deleted my account after that there.

Everyone know how Ponzi or pyramid works and how they fail at the end? Using new money to pay off old debts until the whole thing collapses. Maybe Clipdealer isn't this but if it takes months to pay and you have to file claims and chase them, not a good sign.

How did you do that? I tried for several months, sending emails with all the info required for account closure described in the FAQ, but never got a reply or any action.

That way described in the FAQ worked for me (I required an reply email as confirmation). I was being a pain in their butts though, because I blogged about their business shenanigans several times, so it was probably welcomed by them to get rid off me.

If you want, we can make it public as well, just send me an email (see my contact info on my website) and we can work on the details.

Ok, I'll try the email method a few more times and see, before taking it to the next level. Did you use the m.hein email, or support@?

I did you the "support" email. Also I had to quote the first three letters of my password as proof and other shenanigans.
Send the email with notice of receipt, and ask for a reply.

If it does not help, please contact me via email, if you want to go public.

If you are not in Germany, they ignore you. Maybe posting a negative evaluation at this review site will get a reaction, it seems they respond to some complaints.

Why would anyone stay with that agency after two late payments? It's a major red flag and a dealbreaker.

Just like you wouldn't work anymore for a client for doesn't pay on time. It's common sense. If you stay with that agency, you accept their bad behaviour.

They used to be one of the better smaller agencies, no subscriptions, until they started going downhill.

And still no paying!  and no answer! There is any leverage to make them pay?

If you are in the EU they have a platform for online disputes https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=EN
From outside the EU it is difficult. You could try and call them.

I just got paid by them for two outstanding payment requests. Why can't they be like every other site that pays automatically and on time! Great biz model they got going on over there.

I'm still waiting for my payment since July 2019. They don't reply to my e-mails and refuse to delete my images. I even can't delete my images one by one. So I started to delete my keywords but they appear again after some time.
They literally hijacked my portfolio and keep all the money from the sales for themselves.
Clipdealer is a SCAM! Stay away!
