can i use custom shape in photoshop to design works for sell in stock photo website ?

i buy copy right of photoshop  and in tool have custom shape . i want to nkow i can use custom shape in photoshop to design works for sell in stock photo website ?

Yes, I think you can.
That is one of the points in buying a photoshop licence.
Then you can make a profit out of the programs features.
But please give a more concrete example, you might be venturing into something wierd.
