I know this is an old thread, but it did make me chuckle slightly! I had to Google 'bigos' for a start, and (no offence to you, but...) being the leading supplier of something that has no demand isn't exactly something to write home about. Or start a thread about.

So what do you do?

I had to google bigos too. So to save everyone time:
Bigos often translated into English as hunter's stew, is a Polish dish of finely chopped meat of various kinds stewed with sauerkraut and shredded fresh cabbage. The dish is also traditional for Belarusian, Ukrainian and Lithuanian cuisine.
