I pay 30% in taxes Even though I filled out the Tax form ! is that normal ? or there is a mistake ... ?

In Shutterstock they take just 10% .. So I think it's weird !

Depending on your country's tax treaty, different media (photos, videos, music, other...) may be taxed at different rates, and CM may be applying the wrong rate for your type of content.
It's worth reading the tax treaty and eventually contacting them.

When I was selling at CM, they applied US tax on full amount buyer paid, not just your cut. It was one of main reasons why I stopped uploading there, it irritated me so much. That was couple years ago but it is possible they are still doing it.

Envato is an Australian company, unlike Shutterstock, so a different tax rate applies than the US. Check your country's treaty with Australia.
