Hello everyone,

I noticed today that two sales that appeared on my WireStock dashboard yesterday were removed around noon.
(1x $5.04 from Envato and once $0.06 from MiriCanvas - unfortunately I didn't take a screenshot)

The amount has also disappeared from my balance...

Maybe you should have a look if there is something missing.

Happened same with me, I noticed few sales from envato, after few hours they disappeared from my wirestock account.

I contacted wirestock support
This is the response that I received

"Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I've checked with our financial team, and these sales were removed as they were not yet finalized and confirmed.
Please rest assured as those will be added to your dashboard/balance in the coming weeks, and most likely there will be more than what you've seen.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

But today I received mail from payoneer that my payment from wirestock is on the way.
But those missing sales were not added to the balance that I am about to receive from wirestock.

Ok, it was my mistake that I not mentioned the dates

I contacted them on 25 th April, for missing sales of the same day
I got response from then on 29 th April.

And 6 days passed after getting response from them.

And today ( 5th May 2024) , I received mail from payoneer, regarding the payment from Wirestock.

So, if those missing sales are from last month, don't they check for it and add them in this payout?

Thanks for sharing the information from support - I'll probably get the same answer in a few days, we'll see if that happens.

In any case, these sales were not included in the payout - I received the payout with the "old" amount without these sales on Paypal.
So these sales are still open and I am very curious to see whether they will really be booked.

I'm assuming that happened to me as well... got sales emails in April totaling X amount, and only received half of that in my Paypal payment yesterday. I would check my Wirestock dashboard to see if there have been any adjustments, but I've not been able to access it for about a year... keep getting and connection refused error. Have dropped an email to support today.

Today the lost sales have reappeared, at least some of them - but they are now all listed twice and also counted twice.
(see image below)

This gives rise to the suspicion that they really don't have their bookkeeping under control any more... in this respect, the change in behavior fits since you can only upload pictures with a subscription model :-)
But maybe I am wrong and all the sales really happened twice.

And barely 10 hours later, the duplicate sales were removed again.

So, as suspected, they don't have their bookkeeping under control at all ;-)
