Author Topic: Animated videos rejected for technical reasons, but why? (Read 4695 times)

I was just checking up on some animations I uploaded to Fotolia several days ago, but to my surprise all 5 were rejected for 'technical reasons'.

Shutterstock accepted the videos, and I've checked the file for errors but I couldn't find any. Since it took me some time to render them I really want them online.
It's a looping 3D animation of skyscrapers, 4K resolution, ProRes HQ. The loop is seamless (I checked twice) and there are no artifacts of any kind. So maybe someone could point me in the right direction; am I missing something here?

No idea why, but all I got was a video of black frames.

I don't like how they story board animated clips.

(DISCLAIMER: I've done quite a bit of CG rendering though not much animation.) Looks perfect me to me. Very nice work. I could see a lot of uses for this. Probably the reviewer just screwed up.
