Is there a way to go to next photo after submission instead of going back to the list?

I usually edit one pic, then I open tabs for all other pics that should have same categories (just middle clicking them in firefox). This way I don't have to adjust them for every image. When I'm done with one set of categories I select another pic and repeat the process.

If you upload a series of images together, for every new image the categories show the latest ones used.  Am I wrong? I haven't uploaded anything lately, but that's what I remember.
