Hello, I signed up to Fotolia a month back, and submitted my first 3 images 2 weeks ago and they are still waiting in the que.... Is this normal? I am also unable to post on the fotilia forums and there is nothgin in their FAQ about this.

If someone can clear this up, that would be great thanks.

my last batch was approved within 2 days. sometimes it may also take up to one week. more than that is unusual...

It is common on some other sites (SS for example), that the initial submission takes significantly longer than the regular ones once the initial application is approved. I'm not even sure if FT has anything like initial application as such. However even if not, the first submission may still be subject to different queue/schedule than submissions of regulars ;].

FT doesn't have any initial submission as I remember so why don't you try to contact FT support?.. Don't get upset with the pre-formated answers

FT is the second fastest reviewing site for me. Right after Stockfresh. My pictures get reviewed usually with in few hours.

wow.. I never had them reviewed in less than day after uploading.. After that day yes they are reviewed in minutes..

Started upload week ago and already 300 files online.
I'm surprised how fast is approval time there.
Well,something is wrong with your account is it validated?
Probably it's not e-mail support and they will fix soon.
That was my case after I e-mail them they validated my account and approval process started immediately

Wow, I uploaded my images on November 2nd, and today, November 26th they are still waiting to be validated and in queue.
I guess I should contact them.

Somewhere between instant (within an hour) and a couple of days. Never longer. Contributors seem to have more joy 'phoning support than emailing them, so 'phone if you can.

i think you didn't validate your account something like that? u need to upload an ID..

I kind of remember my account was in pending and i didn't know what to do till i saw the status..

Yes, I contacted them and I had forgotten to validate my account (click a link in the Email)... Rather weird that you can upload without having validated your account. But now I'm in and pictures will be reviewed within 48-72 hours they said.
