Do you have problems with credits counter? It does not refresh?

today, state buttons are not changing arrows to yellow buttons. something is broken, for sure.

Well it looks like yet another IT disaster at Fotolia - I've got images showing downloads in my images list where I don't have a transaction or a credit, then I've got transactions showing for other images, but zero downloads showing on my images list...

...on top of that the credits list doesn't seem to add up.

Same thing happened to me a couple months back. It took about 30 hours and straightened itself out.

No, although sales are showing on the credits list, they are not being added in the total.

Same problem

five downloads today and no change in credits!!!

Maybe a shuffle credit counter could be the solution, fotolia is going to change in a good online hazard game.
