My small portfolio has been reliably  generating a sale or two every couple of days at DT, for a few months.  But I've just gone 2 weeks without a sale.  Does anyone remember DT making a change 2 weeks ago?  Maybe they came up with a new way to further downgrade new contributors  :(

Must admit I'm going to be about 15-20% down on July mainly due to a plummetting RPD. I'm not selling significantly fewer images but the average price paid is much lower.

I'm finding a similar (but  worse) story at FT too where my sales are rising strongly but revenue actually falling due to so many subscription sales.

Makes me wonder whether the gap between PPD and subscription prices is now so wide that more and more are opting for subscriptions?

If this is what the future holds then IS exclusivity might become a more attractive option.

Sales actually up here, especially over the last 2 months. I may have a BME this month. Subs only account for about 1 out of about 6 sales. Too lazy to do the math. As for feeding the beast to increase sales or keep them steady, I've only submitted maybe 20 files there in the past two months. So it's not like an increase in portfolio size has been a factor in increases.

FT - I really don't bother there anymore. Tough nut for me to crack.

August has not been a good month for me anywhere except DT (although down from July). Even with an unusually high rejection rate this month, sales have been decent along with numerous images breaking the "level 2" mark...hope everything picks up next month!

Cheers

Sales somewhat down. RPI definitely down.

I thought I've been doing OK on DT lately, but your question prompted me to check the last three months.  Was glad I did... My port's performance has actually steadily improved throughout the summer so far.

JUNE: $195 / $6.50 per day / 370 images online
JULY: $297 / $9.58 per day / 425 images online
AUG SO FAR: $233 / $10.13 per day / 480 images online

So no problems with DT as far as I'm concerned... if they've been making any changes I hope they keep them up!

August started well at DT for me, apart from some subs, but slowed down lately.

My RPI at DT is considerably up on any month since March which means that I am selling a lot less subs.  Probably won't be a BME but should be pretty close which is  good for August.  SS has plumetted for me but I haven't uploaded for a couple of months.

My sales are still steady as she goes at DT, and my RPD is the highest this month.

June was my BME on Dreamstime and July was slightly down on that.  This month is on course to be roughly the same as July.
