For days now I've had trouble uploading to Depositphoto.
FTP and their multi-load system doesn't work. My only way
is "single" upload and even then their percentage graph doesn't
work.....the upload just suddenly appears. But again, just one
at a time. Nothing else works. Anyone else?

I uploaded a bunch of images via FTP on Friday.  None of them had transferred by Saturday night, so I tried the Multi Upload.  That worked fine, and I deleted the files from the FTP site.  I suspect they'll have it working again when they're back in the office tomorrow.

Same as above. Uploaded several times using FTP but the files never appeared so I tried multi upload which worked fine.

I emailed support, and they said that they are having some "temporary technical problems" with the FTP. Will be fixed, but they suggested using the multi-upload in the meantime.

For the record,I notified DP and mentioned that even the "multi-upload" wasn't working (it had worked in the past). They suggested installing Chrome, which I did and I can now use the multi-upload function..... ;D

I uploaded several images Friday via FTP.  They still haven't transferred in as of this morning.  I use Firefox and there's no way I'm switching to Chrome if that's what it takes for multi-uploading.

+1 So I downloaded a stand alone version of IE8 and used it to upload. Works fine and did not influence my favorite browser Firefox!

My ftp uploads also never arrived at the site so I uploaded them again today using the multi upload feature and it worked fine for me in firefox.

I have no problem with the ftp procedure itself. Problem is that the new files don't appear on the unfinished files section. They are still on my ftp area though. I have 4 files sitting there since monday but yesterday night I uploaded a couple more and they (the new ones) went to the unfinished files section.

I contacted support this morning and they told me that are having technical issues at the moment are are trying to fix them. There's no need to re-upload the images.

I use Firefox 12, and it gave errors on all the images I tried to upload through the multi-upload area. IE8 worked for me.

Seems like the problem with FF is isolated. Might have something to do with the line speed. I have a slow line speed. It might be that IE handles the upload better than FF in that situation to DF. I used to be OK with FF multi-uploads to DF, but it does seem like something has now changed on their end.  ???

FTP seems to be fixed. Old images where imported and new one went through without a hassle.
